Jay completely transformed our shower, and I couldn't be happier with the results. We came to him with a shower that was in terrible condition, and instead of trying to patch the problems, he tore everything out and rebuilt it from the ground up the right way. The difference is incredible. Our new shower drains perfectly, and he encouraged us to choose a different floor tile. I found something that I absolutely love. Even the drain he installed is better. He also used much higher-quality grout and caulking, and the finished work is clean, precise, and beautiful. What impressed me most was his attention to what you can't see. He added extra studs behind the walls to make the shower sturdier and ensure it was built to last. He made sure the studs were also well-protected with the plastic sheeting/vapor barrier going well above where it was previously. It's clear that Jay cares about doing the job correctly, not just making it look good. A bathroom remodel can leave your home in a very vulnerable state, and trusting someone with that isn't easy. Jay earned our trust every step of the way. He was professional, honest, respectful of our home, and communicated clearly throughout the entire project. If you're looking for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship and stands behind their work, I highly recommend Jay. We are beyond thrilled with our new shower and I would say we would hire him again without hesitation, but we will never need to because he did such a wonderful job.

I cannot speak highly enough of Jay and his workmanship. My husband and I were fortunate enough to be able to use him and his craftsmanship in our new home build. I am not exaggerating when I say our bathrooms have been our most complimented feature by guests who visit. He is meticulous and thoughtful. His years of experience are evident in every tile he placed. Jay finished months ago and we still are just as excited to see how beautiful it looks as we were then. He really went the extra mile for us and it’s been a privilege to have had his hand help build our home.

Jay is the man. We had some tiles coming loose from our shower and were concerned about possible water damage/mold issues. I did a Google search for "tile guys" in my area and came across Integrity Tile and Carpentry. I called, no answer, left a VM - it was late in the work day. Jay called me back at 6:30 that same day, heard my concerns, seemed a bit concerned himself, and was over very fast to put eyes on it. Long story short: Jay took care of our issue way faster than I could have hoped, and the work was done the right way unlike whomever did the initial installation. Pricing was also very fair. What Jay did was a temporary fix for us to get the shower usable again. When we're ready to go full blown bathroom reno, I want this company to do it. I should also mention this work required 3 separate trips. He is booked up during the week, so he did this on a Saturday and Sunday to get us our shower back. My initial call to him was Wednesday, and by Sunday morning he was wrapped up. He gave up a good chunk of his weekend to help us out! Deal with Jay with confidence. 10 out of 10 experience for us.

Jay was great to work with from quote thru completion. He took out an old fiberglass shower and built us a gorgeous low threshold tile shower. Everything came out perfect. Highly recommended. Chris and Chris. Forest Grove.

Jay removed a fiberglass shower for us and replaced it with an amazing tile finish. He did excellent work. He was easy to communicate with and always arrived when he said he would be here. Jay did a fabulous job tiling our kitchen (see photos) so we engaged him to renovate a bathroom. He did a great job planning and coordinating with a plumber and glass door installer. His work is impeccable and comprehensive. He replaced a vanity, tiled the floor and shower walls and installed a fan, light and towel bars. He was always pleasant, punctual and a great communicator. We recommend him without reservation. If we gave another tile job he is the only one we would use.

I've worked on many projects with Jay. As a fellow contractor I usually don't give referrals but Jay is the exception. His attention to detail and job planning is something I don't see executed correctly but he knows how to set and keep a schedule. This makes it incredibly easy for me as a plumbing contractor to do my job and save the customer time and money. I always look forward to working on Jay's projects because it's thought out and scheduled how it should be. He commits to a customers project and you get him when and his word. Jay has completed three projects for us: kitchen tile backsplash, total main bathroom remodel, and deck replacement. His skill, attention to detail and craftsmanship are truly impressive! "When our primary suite shower tile started to fail and the heated floor cracked underfoot, we searched for answers and someone who could repair the problems. With a recommendation from friends, we contacted Jay. Jay has done many projects for us from tiling bathrooms, fireplace and built us a pergola in the backyard for us to gather in. All his work is beautifully done, on time and for the price quoted. We would highly recommend him.

Jay is located quite a ways away from us but if you can get him he never disappoints. He has worked on numerous project in our home for last 10 years. The last one our master suit worked out great. Excellent at tile and does great doors wood work and always open to try something new like our padded wall panels. Fair price and very dependable can't go wrong.

Jay is amazing! His work is perfect and the highest of quality. He knows his stuff and wonderful to work with.

My partner and I waited 20-plus years to remodel the bathroom connected to our bedroom. We did this because we had children and wanted to keep the other spaces in our fixer home updated and safe. In other words, we put family and visitors before the two of us. And one more thing: We were intimidated by what to do in the space and what it might cost. Jay built a beautiful mantle as well as installing crown molding throughout my condo. He corrected another contractor’s tile install. .
